Formite® Low Pressure Laminates or Laminated Boards, are a versatile and affordable choice for surfacing furniture, cabinets, countertops, and other interior architectural applications. These laminated boards are created by fusing a decorative paper layer, featuring various patterns and designs, onto a substrate of Medium Density Fiberboard or Chipboard using heat and pressure. These Laminated MDF and Chipboard offer a solid and durable surface, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in residential and commercial settings.
Balochistan Laminates produces high quality low pressure laminates. FORMITE laminated boards are manufactured on short-cycle low pressure press.
For superior quality and health concern FORMITE only laminates its imported boards with E2 glue or better. These low pressure laminated boards are ideal for use in furniture carcasses, vertical use, paneling, partitioning etc.
These boards are both sides laminated and matching hardboards and decorative laminate sheets are also available. Easy to use laminated boards save time & money and guarantee consistent quality. The use of this board is not recommended for table tops or counter tops due to the low wear resistance of the laminated surface
Our laminated MDF is a modified wood product manufactured by breaking hardwood or softwood residues into wood fibers. These fibers are combined with waxes and resin binders in defibrillators, and then subjected to heat and pressure to form panels which is then beautified with lamination of décor paper. Formite® MDF offers several design overlays that are applied to the finished product and it is delamination free. Laminated MDF offers a solid and durable surface, making it suitable

Our laminated chipboards are composed of compressed wood particles or chips, typically derived from low-grade wood or recycled wood fibers. Through a process of heat and pressure, these wood particles are bonded together with resin or glue, resulting in a robust and stable panel which is then beautified with lamination of décor paper. Formite® offers several design overlays in chipboard that are applied to the finished product and it is delamination free.
